1. Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! As a Print-On-Demand (POD) brand, every item you order is custom-made and printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because each item is unique and made-to-order, we maintain a strict Final Sale Policy.

  • Strict No Returns / No Exchanges: Once an order is fulfilled and delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any condition.

  • No Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please double-check our size charts, selected colors, and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every item at Zebra Creation is custom-printed and made-to-order. We do not keep pre-printed physical inventory.

  • Production Time: 3–5 Business Days (time required to print, inspect, and package your custom apparel).

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 Business Days (time required for carrier transit).

  • Estimated Delivery: 6–12 Business Days from order placement.

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. Once an order enters production or ships, address changes cannot be made.

3. Terms of Service

  • POD Business Model: Zebra Creation manufactures and prints products upon order placement through specialized print facilities.

  • Product Sizing & Mockups: Display images are digital mockups. Actual final printed colors may show slight, acceptable variations due to screen displays and fabric ink absorption. Size guides are provided on product pages for reference.

  • Intellectual Property: All designs, text, graphics, and visual assets on this store are the exclusive property of Zebra Creation. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  • Price Changes: Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Legal Notice & Disclaimer

  • Limitation of Liability: Zebra Creation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use, postal carrier delays, or customer errors made during checkout (e.g., wrong size or address).

  • DMCA / Intellectual Property Complaints: If you believe any design on our site infringes upon your copyrighted work, please email us with proof of authorization, product URL, and your full contact details for prompt review.
