Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. As a Print On Demand brand every item is custom made and printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. Please read the terms below before placing your order.

Returns
Dresses can be returned within 5 days of delivery
The item must be unworn unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached
To start a return contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
Once we receive and inspect the item a refund or exchange will be processed
Items returned worn washed damaged or without tags will not be accepted

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before the item has been dispatched
Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled
If a cancellation request is made after dispatch the customer is responsible for the order and no refund will be issued
To cancel an order contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number
