Because each item is unique and made-to-order, we maintain a strict Final Sale Policy.

1. Final Sale Policy (Strict No Returns / No Exchanges)

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order is fulfilled and delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any condition.

  • No Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
